What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for natural cosmetic ingredients?

We specialize in low MOQ cosmetic ingredients for indie brands and small cosmetic companies. Our minimum order quantities start from just 30mL for a test sample and then 1kg for most natural cosmetic ingredients. We also have volumes higher than 18kg available on demand.

Can I order small quantities as a new indie cosmetic brand?

Absolutely! Our small batch cosmetic ingredients are specifically designed for indie beauty brands just starting out. Unlike traditional suppliers, we understand that new brands need flexible MOQ cosmetic supplier options to test formulations and launch products without huge upfront investments.

Do you offer sample sizes for testing formulations?

Yes, we provide 30mL and 30g samples of our premium cosmetic ingredients for formulation testing. This will allow you to perfect your cosmetic formulations before committing to larger quantities!

Are your natural ingredients certified organic?

Many of our natural ingredients hold EU and USDA Organic certification. Each product page clearly displays available certifications. The Organic quality means that the ingredient is certified according to EU regulation 2018/848 and 1235/2008 and imported with a Certificate of Inspection (COI) into the EU.

Whether Organic Certified or not, all our ingredients are natural, ethically sourced, and meet strict quality standards.

Our Purely Natural options are ideal when organic certification isn’t required to claim on your final product, but you do still require organic production and full traceability.

Do you provide technical documentation for your ingredients?

Yes, you can find on each product page all the relevant technical documentation available as the technical data sheet (TDS), Material Safety Data sheet (MSDS) and the Certificates of Analysis (CoA).

What quality standards do your ingredients meet?

All our cosmetic grade ingredients meet European cosmetic regulations (EC 1223/2009) and international standards. We provide premium natural cosmetic ingredients that are tested on the parameters described in the Technical Data Sheet (specification) but also on Microbiology, Heavy Metals and Pesticides following our monitoring plan.
